Quality Phones Australia, will only ship within Australia.

Postage will be express post, please select the correct postage to cover insurance for the total amount purchased.

Purchases up to $100 please select the $10 postage cost

Purchases between $100 and $499 please select $18 postage cost

Purchases between $500 or More please select $25 postage cost


All orders will be shipped within 72 Hours, normal processing is 48 hours. 

The processing consists of preparing your item to be shipped: we carry out strict quality controls on your item(s), we make sure your items are packed properly, be then they are prepared to ship. Processing time might vary from item to item depending on stock availability and or unexpected circumstances, but Kindly note we will always do our best to minimize the processing to ensure your item is delivered to you in a timely manner. Also, we want you to know that the processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time it will take to receive your order is the processing time + the shipping time. If you have any issues with your order, you feel free to reach out Support Team for help. We will gladly address your issue, and preserve your full satisfaction with us.

If the correct postage amount is not selected at time of order, your purchase will be sent without the correct postal insurance and Quality Phones Australia will not be liable for damage and or lost in transit goods.

Once your order is successfully placed, we send you a confirmation email. From therein, we kindly encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you have any requests regarding your order. Such requests should be submitted/received before your item enters the processing phase.


Tracking numbers may take a few days before becoming active on the tracking website and that might generate an absence of tracking information in the early days of your order. If this happens, please try again later. But rest assured that the estimated shipping time will remain valid regardless of the tracking site update issue. If available, we will recommend customers to purchase a tracking number and shipping insurance during the checkout.
